Broadlands Estate is located in Green Point, just over an hour north of Sydney it is nestled in a convenient location on the Central Coast of New South Wales.
Green Point shopping village is located a short stroll away and it boasts a variety of shops for your convenience.
There are two larger shopping centres loctaed a few kilometres away - Erina Fair and Gosford.
If you don’t have a car – no problem- a local bus service passes by the front of the Estate
There are currently 300 home sites within the Estate and there are plans for expansion in a few years time- watch this space for more information. We are mainly an over 55′s relocatable home Estate.

Our community Hall is open to all residents- you are welcome to have a game of pool, read a book from our small library,have a game of darts or just sit and relax.
